Supreme Task India is a non-profit organization dedicated to reaching unreached communities in India and beyond. With a focused approach on physical well-being, health, education, training, and emergency relief. our mission encompasses making healthcare accessible; ensuring quality education; teaching hygiene, cleanliness and sanitary practices; saving lives of new-borns, infants, children and mothers; and providing critical assistance during disasters.

Our vision is ‘focusing on the finish’. We focus on transforming the lives of poor and marginalized people, addressing their immediate need and providing essential support for sustainability in the area of health, education, socio-economic development, training etc.

Our programs address healthcare, nutrition, sanitation, education, childcare, and emergency relief. We partner with governments, civil society, donors, and corporations to drive sustainable change.

Initiatives include Discipleship training, Ministry training, Leadership summits, literacy centers, Smash Hunger, Encounter youth, Women Empowerment, free healthcare at General Hospital & Netraniketan Eye Care Centre, and the B.Sc. Nursing course at Supreme Task College of Nursing. We provide emergency relief during natural disasters.

Founded in 1993, Supreme Task operates in 123 districts, carried across 16 statesin India, impacting 1.3 millionlives, including600,000 youthand20,000 children.

Supreme Task is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860/Dt. 22nd April 1993.Regn. No. S-24131.



All donations made to Supreme Task are exempted under section 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Reg. No. DIT(E)/2011-12/S-2317/3270.

Supreme Task is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 2010, bearing registration number 231660911, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.


Supreme Task is registered as a recipient organization for getting duty free gift goods from Foreign Countriesunder Indo-US Bilateral Agreement.

Supreme Task is registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 wide – DIT (E)/98-99/S-2317/98/650.



Registered under ADHOC exemption issued under Sec 25 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962 to import duty-free donated gift goods.

Empanelled under BijuSwathyaKalyanYojna (BSKY) and BijuKrushakaKalyanYojna (BKKY).

Supreme Task is empanelled by National Health Mission, Govt. of Odisha as State Training Agency (South-West Zone) to run ASHA Home Based New Born Care (HBNC) in 6 Districts of Western Odisha.
