Supreme Task’s journey in India began over 29 years ago, during a time when the country faced numerous socio-economic challenges. Starting in 1993, Supreme Task commenced its mission to uplift underprivileged communities by addressing their critical needs. The organization’s efforts have significantly expanded over the decades, evolving into a comprehensive movement that supports India’s socio-economic development on multiple fronts.

Inception & Early Impact

Supreme Task was established in 1993 under the Societies Registration Act.

Started operations impacting thousands of lives across various regions in India.

Launched comprehensive programs addressing healthcare, nutrition, sanitation, hygiene, education, childcare, and humanitarian emergencies.

The

2000’s

Expansion and Diversified Initiatives

Expanded operations to over 123 districts across 16 states in India.

Positively impacted the lives of 1.3 million individuals, including 600,000 youth and their families, and 20,000 children and their families.

Focused on the needs of the elderly, youth, women, children, and communities at large through a range of services.

Specialized Programs and Community Engagement

Conducted 30-day Discipleship training programs for new believers.

Held Leadership summits for Pastors and Church leaders to enhance their leadership skills.

Operated literacy centers in slums and villages, providing primary education, moral studies, and nutritious food to children who do not attend school or are dropouts.

Launched to prevent hunger deaths among children and pregnant mothers, providing daily nutritious food and education at Smash Hunger centers.

Continued Growth and Holistic Health Care

Engaged vulnerable youth in slums through the Encounter youth program, offering worship, Bible study, practical talks, group discussions, and workshops.

Supported women from slums through counseling, prayer, and practical discussions on survival challenges and spiritual growth.

Operated the Supreme Task General Hospital & Netraniketan Eye Care Centre, offering free healthcare and eye surgeries to those unable to afford treatment.

Ran the Supreme Task College of Nursing, providing a 4-year B.Sc. Nursing course with an annual enrollment of 60 students, focusing on holistic nursing training addressing mind, body, and spirit.

Actively responded to natural calamities and disasters in India, distributing emergency relief and providing rehabilitation for affected individuals and families.

Worked closely with governments, civil society, donors, and corporations to address crucial issues and drive sustainable change across various sectors.

All donations made to Supreme Task are exempted under section 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Reg. No. DIT(E)/2011-12/S-2317/3270.

Supreme Task is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 2010, bearing registration number 231660911, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.


Supreme Task is registered as a recipient organization for getting duty free gift goods from Foreign Countriesunder Indo-US Bilateral Agreement.

Supreme Task is registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 wide – DIT (E)/98-99/S-2317/98/650.



Registered under ADHOC exemption issued under Sec 25 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962 to import duty-free donated gift goods.

Empanelled under BijuSwathyaKalyanYojna (BSKY) and BijuKrushakaKalyanYojna (BKKY).

Supreme Task is empanelled by National Health Mission, Govt. of Odisha as State Training Agency (South-West Zone) to run ASHA Home Based New Born Care (HBNC) in 6 Districts of Western Odisha.
