The responsibility for change, progress and innovation lies on the shoulders of the youth. At the same time, they are the most valuable resource of a country. Today the challenges faced by Indian youth are drugs/alcohol abuse, pornography, materialism, education-disparity and violence in the school/college. Every year, the numbers are increasing rapidly, which is a sign of great disaster for society and nation. In light of tackling these burning issues, we have formed an Encounter Youth Club to reach students and young professional across Delhi through counseling so that the problems and challenges can be tackled and minimized.
Our mission is to inspire and enable youth, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
Encounter Youth Group meeting is organized every month at New Delhi for counseling on various matters; we have been organizing retreat for the youth for last 4 years.
