STI’s Women Empowerment Programme (WEP) focuses on improving the conditions of women; especially those in the marginalized communities so that they can access quality life with basic education & Counseling programs.
Our work among women focuses on protection to those affected by:
WEP is committed to enabling women, making them aware of their rights and entitlements, and empowering them to set up and maintain safe and secure, inclusive and gender responsive environments.
We believe this will lead to the development of a cadre of empowered women who become agents of change. They carry values of inclusion, mutual respect and equality, and democratize the spaces in which they live, whether it’s their family or community.
