Training the Trainers

It is crucial that our Teachers, who are responsible to develop skills in our young generation, are themselves aware of the root cause of the problems faced by theyouth.

Looking at the growing demand for quality teachers, Supreme Task Development Training (STDT) conducts30 days “Training the Trainer” every year. This training is designed to develop the teaching skills of our teachers. This initiative has helped us identify good teachers and maintain a pool of master trainers in each state.

We also ensure that our Trainers are aware of methodology for Development Training, which ensures that lessons are highly practical, and fully involve the participants, who engage in meaningful authentic tasks that reflect communicative demands of everyday work situations.

Supreme Task is empanelled by National Health Mission, Govt. of Odisha as State Training Agency (South-West Zone) to run ASHA Home Based New Born Care (HBNC) in 6 Districts of Western Odisha.
