STI’s Women Empowerment Program (WEP) is committed to improving the lives of women, especially those from marginalized communities, by providing access to basic education and counseling. The program addresses crucial issues such as domestic violence, human trafficking, dowry harassment, and pre-natal diagnostic awareness while also promoting menstrual hygiene management among women and adolescent girls in urban slums and rural areas. Through these initiatives, WEP empowers women with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to lead independent and dignified lives.
