The Vision Centre is a project under the community health service of Supreme Task, dedicated to providing world-class yet affordable eyewear through a network of trained unemployed youth, empowering them as entrepreneurs. Through this initiative, we have successfully established seven Vision Centres across Balangir District, Odisha. These centres not only serve as a beacon of hope for individuals in need of eye care but also create sustainable livelihood opportunities for local youth in their communities.
2.Access to Vision
Supreme Task India, in collaboration with Restoring Vision, has launched an initiative “Access to Vision” that aims to distribute 5,00,000 reading and near-vision glasses to underprivileged and unaware Presbyopia patients aged 35-65. This program focuses on reaching remote areas of the underserved districts of Balangir, Bargarh, Sonepur, Boudh, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Dhenkanal, and the slum belt of Bhubaneswar. Since its inception in October 2024, this initiative has already transformed the lives of over 70,000 individuals in just five months.
